The tournament is open to all players with a valid ITF IPIN number. The ITF tennis rules apply. If there are not enough entries in a singles or doubles competition, the tournament committee reserves the right to cancel this competition or to merge age groups during the draw. In this case, the players concerned will be informed. In the event of bad weather conditions, the tournament committee reserves the right to change the mode of play. The tournament organizer reserves the right to make changes to the announcement/fact sheet.

Three categories can be played at the Kalimera Kriti Open (singles, doubles and mixed). In addition, consulation is offered in the singles, in which eligible players can participate. Eligible players are those who have lost their first match in the main competition. This means that every participant will have several singles matches during the tournament week. No consulation will be played in the doubles and mixed competition. Instead, a B tournament will be organized exclusively for Patricio Travel and Kalimera Kriti guests. Players who have lost their second match in the singles main draw or their first match in the second round are eligible to participate. The tournament committee reserves the right to make changes.

The entry fee entitles the participant to take part in one singles, one doubles and one mixed competition, one side round in singles, as well as the welcome event and the award ceremony. The entry fee must be paid by credit card immediately after the ITF registration or can be paid together with the travel booking. Payments on site are not permitted. The entry fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation after the registration deadline.

All registrations and deregistrations must be made directly via the ITF homepage with a valid IPIN membership. Players who do not yet have an IPIN can apply for one free of charge via this link. A service fee of EUR 6.50 per tournament will then be charged for this IPIN number in accordance with ITF regulations. This can also be paid with the travel booking or by credit card.

The winners of the singles competitions will additionally receive 1 week (7 x HP+), the finalists will receive 2 days (2 x HP+) free stay at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort for the Int. Kalimera Kriti Open 2025.

The semi-finalists of the main round, the finalists of the consulation and the finalists of the doubles/mixed competitions will receive non-cash prizes and/or travel vouchers.

Sunday, 20.10.2024, until 12 am | sign-in for the mixed and doubles competitions, followed by the draw.

The Gala Night is already included in the event price for all tournament participants staying at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort. All other players can take part for an additional charge.
