The tournament is open to all players with a valid ITF IPIN number. The ITF tennis rules apply. If there are not enough entries in a singles or doubles competition, the tournament committee reserves the right to cancel this competition or merge age groups during the draw. In this case, the players concerned will be informed. In the event of bad weather conditions, the tournament management reserves the right to change the mode of play. The tournament organiser reserves the right to make changes to the announcement/fact sheet.

At the Kalimera Kriti Open you can play three categories (singles, doubles and mixed). In addition, we offer a singles consolation event, which eligible players can participate in. Players who lost their first match in the main draw are eligible to participate. So, each participant will have several singles matches during the tournament week. Players are automatically registered for the consolation event. There will be no consolation event in the doubles and mixed competition. Instead, a Patricio B tournament will be held exclusively for Patricio Travel guests (without ITF or LK ranking). Players who lost their second match in the singles main draw or the first match in the consolation event are eligible to participate. The tournament committee reserves the right to make changes.

The entry fee entitles you to participate in one singles, one doubles or one mixed competition, singles consolation, as well as the welcome event and the award ceremony. The entry fee must be paid by credit card immediately after ITF registration or can be paid together with the travel booking. The fee cannot be paid on site. In case of cancellation after the registration deadline, the entry fee will not be refunded.

All registrations and withdrawals must be made directly through the ITF homepage with a valid IPIN membership. Players who do not yet have an IPIN can apply for one free of charge using this link. A service fee of €10 per tournament will be charged for this IPIN number according to the ITF rules. This can also be paid with the travel booking or by credit card.

The winners of the singles competitions will receive an additional 1-week stay (7 x half-board PLUS), and the finalists will receive a 2-day stay (2 x half-board PLUS) at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort for the Int. Kalimera Kriti Open 2026.

The semifinalists of the main draw, the finalists of the consolation rounds, and the finalists of the doubles/mixed competitions will receive material prizes and/or travel vouchers.

Sunday, 19.10.2025, by noon | Sign-in for the mixed and doubles competitions, then draw.

The gala night is already included in the event price for all tournament participants staying at Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort. All other players can participate for an additional charge.
