The RAUSCH-Method

Tennis-Mental Coaching according to the RAUSCH-Method - Daniel Wüstholz teaches you "Step by Step" this method, in which you learn to switch off, stay cool and develop your full potential with less thoughts. Imagine you are playing by yourself. You hit the balls with a sharpened focus and your body does the rest automatically. You decide, without thinking, on the basis of your now freed intuition, always for the right stroke type and direction. You will experience joy and a performance you never thought possible before. And all this with much less effort.

 

R UHE finden (find calm)

Staying cool in pressure situations and feeling inner calm and clarity. Especially when the "supposed" big points take place.

A NTRIEB spüren (feel drive)

This is all about a prepared and relaxed body. You will find and feel the right mix of energy, breathing, tension and release.

U NBEWUSSTES erkennen (unconscious recognition)

You look and listen and now recognize what is happening in the unconscious. Here the transfer from the unconscious-negative to the conscious-positive takes place.

S ELBSTVERTRAUEN stärken (strengthen self confidence)

Finally feeling more confident in yourself. You continue to use strengthening phrases, pay attention to posture and conserve any kind of success.

Daniel Wüstholz

Daniel worked for a long time as a coach for the Bundesliga team TEC Waldau Stuttgart. He has now trained more than 50 coaches as a Personal Health & Mental Coach (RAUSCH method) and is a DTB A-Trainer and clinical therapist of psycho-neuro-immunology. His RAUSCH method enables his clients to experience an unprecedented natural RAUSCH feeling on and off the court.

Niklas Lippe

Niklas has been working as a tennis coach for many years and has gained experience in international tennis in numerous countries. He is a trained coach according to the RAUSCH method and coaches tennis players at hobby and competitive level on a mental level. With his knowledge from coaching training, sports studies and training as a RAUSCH coach, Niklas helps athletes to achieve top sporting performance through mental strength.
