The thalasso program uses fresh sea water, seaweed, sea mud and sand. The seawater is particularly rich in minerals and living organisms (plankton species), which is why it cannot be artificially produced or preserved and remains fresh for a maximum of 24 hours.
Sea water heated to body temperature is used for baths, which enables the best possible absorption of minerals and elements and has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system. The sea aerosol improves the condition of the respiratory system and the inhalation of the sea air relieves stress and tension.
