TennisRAUSCH - The Mental Event
Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort 12.10. - 19.10.2024
From October 12 to 19, 2024, tennis enthusiasts experienced an unforgettable week full of intensive training sessions and mental strengthening at the “TennisRAUSCH” event. This event not only offered the opportunity to improve their tennis skills, but also focused on mental strength - an essential skill that often makes the difference in tennis.
Sunday morning began at 7:45 a.m. with a morning activity and meditation on the beach, which helped the participants to mentally prepare for the challenges ahead and find inner peace. This was followed by breakfast together at 8:30 a.m., where the group had the opportunity to get to know each other.
At 10:00 a.m., the first training session began under the motto “Finding peace”. The players were divided into groups to focus on the first techniques for mental strengthening. The first mental workshop took place in the afternoon at 3:15 p.m., giving the participants basic insights into the interplay between mind and body in tennis. From 4 p.m., they were able to try out what they had learned directly on the court on reserved courts. The day ended with a short lecture at 19:30 and a joint dinner at 20:00.

The following days were packed with varied workshops and training sessions in which the participants learned techniques for coping with stress, increasing concentration and emotional control and applied them directly in practical exercises. In addition, there was the opportunity to take part in LK tournaments to test their own performance under competitive conditions.
In the evening, there was a varied program that created space for relaxation and fellowship. One highlight was the “disco night” under the motto “Dance - the principle of letting go”. Here, participants were able to apply what they had learned in a relaxed atmosphere and simply let go.
“TennisRAUSCH” offered the participants not only sporting but also personal success. The combination of mental training, practical tennis and a varied evening program made for an inspiring week that delighted both beginners and advanced players.
