The Rafa Nadal Academy in the tennis star’s home town of Manacor has been part of the Patricio Travel portfolio since 2021. Experience world-class sport on 23 newly built, partly covered clay courts, 22 hard courts and 16 padel courts. You sleep in the hotel on the spacious complex where Rafa Nadal also trains when he is at home. You can combine your stay with a tennis court reservation or a booking for Nadal tennis training programmes. In the sports hotel you will also find a well-equipped gym, a spa area with a semi-Olympic pool and an outdoor pool.

Location

Manacor, the Balearic Island’s third largest municipality, is situated in the east of Majorca. In addition to visiting the historic old town, which is less than a 10-minute drive away, the famous stalactite caves are a must-see. These Coves del Drach can also be reached in about 10 minutes. Palma, the capital of the island, is about 55 km away from the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre.

What your hotel offers

Opened in 2016, this modern, sporty hotel offers 67 rooms spread over 2 floors. Tennis can be found in every corner of this hotel specially designed for the needs of both professional and amateur athletes. The hotel is located directly on the Rafa Nadal Sport Academy grounds and guests can use the same sport facilities. The outdoor pool with view of the hard courts and sun terrace invite you to relax and unwind after sport. Sports enthusiasts will also be able to use the spacious spa area with its semi-Olympic indoor pool and 3,000 m² Sport Time gym. The hotel also offers: bike and car hire, a conference room and parking.

Accommodation

The Standard Double Rooms (about 33 m²) with plenty of natural light are furnished in modern sports design. They are equipped with: Balcony, heating, air conditioning, minibar, satellite LCD TV, desk, bathroom.

The Standard Double Rooms Courtview (about 33 m²) have the same facilities as the Standard Double Rooms but with a view of the tennis courts.

The Rafa Nadal Suite and Roger Federer Suite can be booked on request.

Tennis, Padel and Squash

You can book both clay and hard courts with your holiday. The prices and playing blocks can be found in your offer.

23 new clay courts | The top-quality surface is similar to that at the French Open. Patricio Travel guests will play on the newest clay courts (7 of which indoor/covered).

22 hard courts | GreenSet is a brand of acrylic hard court surfaces used at many professional tennis events by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and on ATP and WTA tours. It is made of layers of acrylic resin and silica on an asphalt or concrete base. This surface is also played on at the Australian Open. 4 courts are indoor courts.

SPORT TIME gym

In SPORT TIME, you will find the latest fitness and wellness innovations over an area of 3,000 m². It has a large team of first-class trainers and instructors and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports technology. A spectacular Technogym fitness room with the latest technologies, rooms for guided activities, a cycling room, Pilates training room, semi-Olympic indoor and teaching pool, spa area and complete wellness centre form the largest centre for sport, wellbeing and wellness in Majorca. It is possible to use these facilities free of charge during your stay at the hotel. Additional services such as personal training, physiotherapy or nutritional advice are available at extra charge.

Wellness

An area specially designed for rest and relaxation, which is essential after intense sporting activity if you want to achieve your best performance. The wellness area has a Turkish bath, salt water pool, hot water pool, 15 ºC contrast pool, dry sauna, hot water pool with jets, hot bench, whirlpool, cold water pool and 30 ºC water jet.
