Terms of use
No purchases or payments of any kind are necessary to participate or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Terms and conditions for participation in the competition:
Participation in the Padel Camp by Julito Padel Academy from 9 May to 16 May 2026 in Crete. Included is one week at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort with half board plus for one person, including flights*, transfers and training.
*Flight from Germany, Austria or Switzerland with a maximum fare of €400.
General terms and conditions
By participating in the competition, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the promotion. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you may not participate in the promotion.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you ("you" or the "participant") and Patricio Travel GmbH, Am Hafen 8, 94130 Obernzell ("organiser") in relation to the promotion. Questions and feedback regarding the promotion can be brought to the attention of the organiser using the contact details above.
The promotion begins on 1 February 2026 and ends on 16 February 2026 at 2 p.m. ("promotion period"). Only entries received within the promotion period will be considered.
Right to participate
The promotion is open to persons who have reached the age of majority. The organiser may require winners to confirm their eligibility to participate in the promotion.
Employees, representatives and agents of the organiser or any of its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether related or not) of such employees, representatives and agents, and any other persons involved in any way in the organisation or fulfilment of the promotion, are not eligible to participate in the promotion. All illegible entries will be declared invalid.
Instructions for participation
To participate in the promotion, you must follow the required guidelines and agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion. The promotion runs until 16 January. By following the instructions, you will be entered into the competition.
There is no charge to participate in the promotion.
Illegible or fraudulent entries will be rejected. If you participate or attempt to participate in the promotion in violation of these terms and conditions or in a manner that is unfair to other participants, you may be disqualified from the promotion at the sole discretion of the organiser.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be selected at random. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
The winner will be announced in the story on 16 February 2026 and notified afterwards. Directly by the organiser via direct message on Instagram.
If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of the date on which the organiser first attempted to contact the winner, or if the organiser has reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has violated any of these terms and conditions, the original winner will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the prize. The organiser is then entitled to select another winner. The organiser's decision(s) is (are) final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prices
The total number of prizes awarded as part of the promotion is: Participation in the Padel Camp by Julito Padel Academy from 9 May to 16 May 2026 in Crete. Included is one week at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort with half board plus for one person, including flights*, transfers and training.
The prize is for personal use only, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available unless the prize (or part thereof) is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control, in which case the organiser may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value. To the extent not prohibited by applicable mandatory law, you are solely responsible for all applicable taxes associated with receiving and/or using the prize, if applicable. The organiser shall notify the tax authorities and pay any taxes it is required to pay under applicable mandatory law. The prize is non-transferable and valid for one person only.
Unless otherwise provided for by applicable mandatory law or expressly stated in writing in connection with the distribution of the prize, the prize is awarded without warranty of any kind, and the organiser or any of its affiliated companies makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the prize.
*Flight from Germany, Austria or Switzerland with a maximum airfare of €400.
Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the organiser's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the organiser's negligence, to the extent that this cannot be excluded or limited by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on certain rights, claims, implied warranties or types of damages. Some of the following limitations may therefore not apply to you.
Subject to the foregoing section, the following applies. By participating in the promotion, you agree to indemnify the organiser and its affiliates to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law from any liability arising in any way from the promotion. Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the liability of the organiser and/or its affiliates shall in any case be limited to the value of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
Settlement of disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by German law.
If you have a complaint regarding these terms and conditions, we will attempt to resolve the complaint internally. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. This gives you the opportunity to resolve disputes relating to these terms and conditions without first involving a court. The platform can be found at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Ultimately, any dispute will be brought before the court of first instance with jurisdiction for the place where you have your domicile or habitual residence.
