The hotel, its staff and, above all, the Patricio team absolutely deserve 5 stars! From the rooms to the food, drinks, staff and all the little details, everything was spot on. We had both booked a Grand Slam package of 10 sessions of 90 minutes each, spread over 5 days. I was assigned to Sorin’s team, and my partner to Rosario’s team – both very competent and friendly coaches. We were given a warm welcome and immediately felt we were in good hands. Although it rained heavily on at least four days, our coaches managed to prepare the courts so that we could still play. On the occasions when it was truly impossible to play due to the extreme rainfall, our coaches rescheduled our sessions to their own free weekend so that we could still make up the hours. The tennis courts – from the ones right at the front by the Tennis Café right through to the last court right at the back – are truly A L L in top condition, well-maintained and, above all, optimised so that they are perfectly suited to all weather conditions. So it didn’t matter at all which court you played on – they’re all equally good! The third tennis coach on site, Costa, was also always friendly, helpful and a point of contact for us. All three coaches were there for us at all times, even outside of coaching sessions, and even made time for us over meals. A big shout-out to all three!!! The girls in the Patricio office are all friendly and knowledgeable, and were always on hand to help with any questions we had. We are very satisfied with our trip and the hotel’s sports facilities, including the Fitness First gym. We can wholeheartedly recommend you and Patricio Travel and would travel with Patricio Travel again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much! 😊
