Les Mills Week by Fitness First

The Les Mills Week in Crete celebrated its successful premiere this year at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort — and immediately made a powerful statement.

Together with a top-class presenter team and highly motivated participants, an unforgettable week was created, centered around energy, movement, and community. With more than 50 classes, the event offered a diverse and intensive training program that inspired both beginners and experienced Les Mills enthusiasts alike.

From the very first to the final session, the event impressed not only with its outstanding athletic quality, but also with the flawless organization by Fitness First and Patricio Travel. Everything worked seamlessly together, allowing guests to fully focus on their training experience.

The entire week was accompanied by continuous sunshine, creating perfect conditions for the varied outdoor program. The classes on the Wellfit Plateau were particularly memorable: surrounded by Mediterranean nature and accompanied by the constant sound of the sea, participants experienced a unique and relaxing training atmosphere.

One of the most emotional highlights was undoubtedly the Les Mills Colosseum, whose impressive setting and incredible energy made every session a truly unforgettable experience. The dynamic spirit of the group and the passion of the presenters created goosebump moments throughout the week. The sports program was further enhanced by the Ceremony classes on the Hyrox area, which delivered additional highlights through their special staging and intense atmosphere.

Beyond the workouts, the week also offered many unforgettable moments. During the Sundowner evening at the Beach Restaurant on Tuesday, all participants gathered for the first time in a relaxed atmosphere. Dressed entirely in white, guests celebrated the official start of the event together with a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice while enjoying a breathtaking sunset.

The festive gala evening on Thursday immersed guests in Greek culture, featuring a traditional folk band, authentic cuisine, and a lively DJ party at the bar. The grand finale came on Friday with the closing special, where participants had the opportunity to present their personal favorite tracks on stage, creating an electrifying atmosphere and an unforgettable final moment.

The first Les Mills Week in Crete impressively demonstrated the enormous potential of both the location and the event concept. A week full of movement, motivation, and emotion — and definitely an experience worth repeating.
