In the thick of the action: Patricio Travel at the TERRA WORTMANN OPEN

From 13 to 21 June, Patricio Travel had its own stand at the TERRA WORTMANN OPEN in Halle – one of the most prestigious grass-court tournaments on the ATP Tour and the last major stop before Wimbledon. With mostly glorious sunshine and temperatures around 30 degrees, the atmosphere at the venue was excellent throughout the tournament week.

Our stand was very well attended throughout. Numerous tennis fans came to find out about our trips, camps and events, and many were already having concrete discussions about their next sports holiday. Another real highlight was our prize draw for a €1,000 travel voucher, which attracted a great deal of interest.

Our mini table tennis table also provided plenty of fun. Even French Open finalist Flavio Cobolli couldn’t resist popping by to play a few rallies – a special moment for our team and the many visitors.

On the sporting front, the ATP 500 tournament delivered tennis of the highest standard. In an all-American men’s final, Frances Tiafoe prevailed over Taylor Fritz to claim the biggest title of his career.

Our verdict: an all-round successful week with superb tennis, perfect conditions, plenty of interesting conversations and a fantastic atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to seeing you again in Halle!
