The vacation for body and mind
"WORKOUT FOR LIFE" expresses how extensive and holistic the programs of the BODYART School are. A WORKOUT for the body, the LIFE for breathing deeply and letting go of the soul and for the necessary balance between the two is provided by a healthy mind that is both focused and relaxed - true to the motto: harmony between Yin and Yang.
The concepts BODYART and DEEPWORK are mainly responsible for the unique well-being. Both are based on the 5 elements of Chinese medicine and train people as a unity of body, mind and soul. Stability, coordination, improvement of posture, prevention and counteraction of various everyday ailments as well as stress reduction are positive training effects. DEEPWORK stands out due to the high cardio component and is the "wild" child of BODYART training. The holiday feel-good program is optimally rounded off with supplementary courses on various topics from the Health Academy such as Mobility.
